These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and wendb ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the wendb website, mobile interface, services, games, betting markets, and any related features made available to players in Bangladesh. These Terms should be read together with the wendb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wendb.

To open and maintain a wendb account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any winnings or deposited balance will be forfeited without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, and accounts operated on behalf of another individual are not permitted.

wendb reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Failure to pass an eligibility check may result in account suspension and, where relevant, forfeiture of any balance pending verification.

wendb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your wendb account in BDT and are typically processed within seconds of the payment being confirmed by the payment provider. wendb does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawal requests are sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals to Bangladesh mobile wallets including bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. wendb may require completed KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a specified threshold.

All wendb transactions are processed in BDT with no processing fees charged by wendb. Individual payment providers may apply their own transfer fees outside of wendb's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile wallet or bank when sending or receiving funds.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wendb content without prior written consent from wendb or the relevant rights holder.

Your use of wendb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any ownership rights in wendb content and does not permit commercial use of the platform or its content in any form.

wendb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using wendb, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. wendb uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. wendb does not sell personal data to third parties and shares data with third parties only where required by law or for the purpose of processing payments via authorised providers such as bKash and Nagad. wendb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
